Inner Shakti has been intentionally priced differently for residents of India and international guests, allowing us to make this seven-day immersion more accessible within India while maintaining the depth, beauty and level of care of the retreat.
Your place includes the seven day retreat programme, beautiful retreat accommodation, all meals, teachings, practices, cultural experiences and retreat support as outlined above. India Resident places are based on shared twin occupancy, with a limited number of private room upgrades available. International Guest places include private single occupancy as standard.

When and where is the retreat?
Inner Shakti takes place from 1–7 February 2027 at Anahata Retreat on Ashwem Beach in North Goa, India. Further arrival and room information is provided to accepted participants.
Which airport should I fly to?
Please arrange your journey to Manohar International Airport (GOX), the closest airport to Anahata Retreat. Scheduled group transfers between GOX and the retreat venue will operate at the designated arrival and departure times communicated to participants before the retreat. International flights are not included.
Is Inner Shakti only for women?
No. Shakti lives within every person, regardless of gender or sex. Inner Shakti is open to all genders and sexes.
Who leads the retreat?
Inner Shakti is led by Mani · Manjinder Singh Sidhu, Founder of MySpiritualSoul, together with Kanika Mankotia, founder of THE WAY OF LIFE and co-facilitator of the Indian Spiritual & Shakti current. Mani leads the Inner Union, therapeutic, embodiment and integration work, while Kanika brings Shakti, Shiva Shakti philosophy, devotional practice, mantra, sacred sound, Kundalini and chakra teachings, conscious nourishment and Indian spiritual context into the retreat.
Do I need previous experience with yoga or meditation?
No. Every practice is guided and can be adapted to your body and experience.
What is included?

Can I pay for the retreat in instalments?
Yes. Your journey does not have to be paid for all at once. You may complete the retreat investment in full or, where eligible, choose a 3-month instalment option through Klarna via Stripe. If you prefer PayPal, email us at hello@manjindersidhu.co.uk and we can send you an invoice. Eligible customers may be able to use PayPal's 4-month interest-free credit option, subject to PayPal's availability and approval. Payment by Wise bank transfer can also be arranged directly with us. All third-party credit and instalment options are subject to the provider's own eligibility, country availability and terms.
Are flights included?
No. International flights are not included.
Can I attend alone?
Yes.
How much does the retreat cost?
For international guests, the Early Bird investment is £1,999 through 30 November 2026, and the regular investment is £2,499. We recommend completing the Inner Union Application before securing your place.
Is there a special rate for residents of India?
Yes. For residents of India, the Early Bird investment is ₹89,000 per person until 30 November 2026. The regular investment is ₹109,000 per person. Both rates include shared twin occupancy, all meals and the complete seven day Inner Shakti retreat experience. A private room can be added for an additional ₹30,000, subject to availability.
Will I have my own room?
Accommodation depends on your booking category. India Resident retreat places include shared twin occupancy as standard. If you would prefer your own private sanctuary, a limited number of private rooms are available for an additional ₹30,000 for the full retreat, subject to availability. International Guest retreat places include private single occupancy as standard.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Retreat places involve substantial advance commitments for accommodation, facilitators, catering, transfers, cultural experiences and other arrangements.
If you choose to cancel or withdraw from the retreat, deposits and retreat payments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where applicable, any amount retained will reflect costs and losses already incurred or committed in connection with your place and which cannot reasonably be recovered.
If MySpiritualSoul cancels the retreat because of circumstances on the organisers’ side which prevent the retreat from proceeding, all retreat payments made directly to MySpiritualSoul for that retreat will be refunded.
We strongly recommend that every participant obtains comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.
