Portal one · Body & Nourishment
Your body is not separate from your awakening. Your body is the temple of it.
Divine Feminine here is an energy, not a sex, a gender or a way of looking. Anyone who carries it is welcome in this circle.
Many who live in that energy are highly spiritual, intuitive and open, yet often become lost in the upper chakras: overthinking, over-feeling, spiritual bypassing, twin flame obsession and disconnection from the physical body.
This retreat brings that energy back down into the body: into the root, the sacral, the womb space, the earth, daily self-care and physical safety.
You can love yourself exactly as you are while still taking care of yourself deeply. Acceptance and growth can exist together.
From understanding union to embodying it
There comes a point on the Twin Flame journey where understanding is no longer enough.
You can understand surrender while your nervous system is still waiting for another person’s next move. You can stop physically chasing while your body is still searching for safety. You can understand self love while still struggling to receive, rest or remain connected to yourself when the external connection becomes uncertain.
Body & Nourishment is where that work begins to become lived experience.
This retreat is about developing a deeper relationship with your body, learning to recognise nervous system activation, allowing yourself to receive nourishment and support, and noticing the places where you still abandon yourself when something outside of you changes.

Embodying Inner Union does not mean forcing yourself to detach or pretending you no longer care about your Twin Flame. It does not promise that another person will return.
It means becoming increasingly able to remain connected to yourself.

Come Together allows two people to attend the complete Body & Nourishment Retreat for £6,000 in total.
Come with a friend, sibling, family member or somebody you trust. You can travel and arrive together while still being supported through your own individual healing journey.
Both participants receive the complete Body & Nourishment retreat experience.

A very limited number of Supported Access places are available for people who genuinely feel called to Body & Nourishment but are experiencing significant financial barriers.
Supported Access is not another public sale or automatic discount. Each request is considered individually and availability is limited.

Portal two · PTSD, Trauma & Addiction
Private container · no photography during ceremony
If either you or your Twin Flame are struggling with PTSD, trauma or addiction then this is the retreat for you. When one counterpart heals, the other will mirror that healing.
Ibogaine is one of the most researched psychedelic medicines for addiction treatment. Early clinical research suggests it interrupts addictive behaviours, promote neuroplasticity and help people process deeply rooted trauma. Scientists believe it works by interacting with multiple brain systems while increasing proteins linked with the growth and repair of neural pathways.
Kambo is traditionally used to cleanse the body and prepare participants for deeper work. Many people report feeling physically lighter, mentally clearer and more present after the ceremony, creating a stronger foundation for the days ahead.
Bufo in an appropriate ceremonial setting. Participants describe profound experiences of connection, perspective and emotional release with Bufo. Together, these medicines are combined with preparation, integration and ongoing support.

Our retreats are not medical, psychiatric, or inpatient care. Every applicant is reviewed personally. Some are asked to obtain professional clearance. Some are invited to return when the timing is safer.

Manjinder Singh Sidhu, known as Mani, is the founder of MySpiritualSoul.
His work sits at the meeting point of Twin Flame consciousness, inner child healing, emotional integration, breathwork, meditation, hypnotherapy, timeline work and embodied spiritual practice.
