Refund Policy.

Deposits are paid only after formal written approval of your application. Deposits secure your place and are, by default, non refundable, reflecting the intimate nature of each container and the limited number of places.

Where a retreat is postponed or cancelled by MySpiritualSoul, participants will be offered a credit toward a future retreat or, at our discretion, a partial or full refund of monies paid, less any unrecoverable third party costs.

Participants are strongly advised to hold appropriate travel and medical insurance covering cancellation, illness and emergency repatriation.

The specific payment schedule, transfer options and cancellation windows for each retreat are provided in writing before any deposit is paid.
